Identify channels that Parliament of RSA can use to engage with the South African audience
Goal
Increase engagement between Parliament of RSA and South African citizens
Outcome
We identified social media platforms that RSA could reach out to South African citizens, then developed a digital content strategy, online advertising targeting strategy and processes that Parliament of RSA can use to create, publish and increase the reach of their content. This resulted to a a 400% growth on RSA Parliaments social media presence to a +800% engagement on content published (through comment sections and inboxes of course).
